Inspiring Educational Spaces with Poster Art: A Minority-Owned Education Business

About Us

Welcome to PostersEdu.com.

PostersEdu is an independent art project created by Ammar Zia to bring vibrant, affirming, and diverse digital artwork into personal, community, and educational spaces.

The project began during a season of personal health challenges, when Ammar turned toward his core values of artistry, purpose, and joy as a source of comfort and grounding. What started as a private creative outlet became a meaningful way to transform years of drawings, doodles, journal sketches, and visual ideas into digital artwork centered on identity, belonging, care, reflection, and hope.

For a long time, PostersEdu remained a personal project shared only with a small circle of people. Over time, the collection grew into something Ammar felt could offer beauty, affirmation, and connection to others as well.

Now, as Ammar navigates life with Winston, his beloved senior diabetic pup, PostersEdu is being shared more publicly with the hope that the artwork can reach the people and spaces it was meant to find. Community support is deeply appreciated, especially as it helps sustain the project, the care behind it, and the continued creation of new artwork.

Every digital download on PostersEdu is proudly offered through a Name Your Price model, including the option to enter $0.

This is intentional. If the artwork speaks to you and you are not in a position to contribute financially, you are still welcome to download it, print it, frame it, display it, and use it in a space where it can bring joy, affirmation, or meaning.

For those who are able and moved to contribute, your support helps make the project sustainable and allows PostersEdu to continue growing. Each contribution supports the time, tools, creativity, and care involved in creating accessible artwork for others.

PostersEdu is not school curriculum. It is independent digital artwork. People are responsible for choosing what is appropriate for their own space.

These posters can live anywhere someone wants to create a more welcoming, thoughtful, joyful, or affirming environment, including homes, offices, counseling spaces, libraries, community centers, youth programs, desks, frames, bulletin boards, shared gathering spaces, and educational spaces where appropriate.

At the heart of PostersEdu is a simple belief: visual spaces matter. What we place on walls, desks, shelves, doors, and shared spaces can help people feel seen, valued, remembered, and welcomed. Each poster is created with care, centering diverse characters, meaningful themes, and the hope that someone might recognize a piece of themselves, their story, or their community in the artwork.

Thank you for being here, supporting the work in whatever way you can, and helping create beautiful, inclusive, and affirming spaces, one poster at a time.

At PostersEdu, our mission is to create beautiful, affirming, and diverse digital artwork that helps people feel seen, valued, and welcomed.

This project is rooted in the belief that visual spaces matter. A poster can be more than decoration. It can offer comfort, spark reflection, invite conversation, celebrate identity, and help create a sense of belonging.

PostersEdu exists to share artwork that centers joy, care, representation, learning, and connection. Whether a piece is printed for a home, framed for a desk, displayed in an office, added to a counseling space, or placed in a classroom where appropriate, the goal is the same: to create spaces that feel more thoughtful, beautiful, and affirming.

Because accessibility is part of the mission, every digital download is offered through a Name Your Price model, including the option to enter $0. The hope is that the artwork can reach the people and spaces that feel connected to it, regardless of someone’s ability to pay.
Our Mission Our Vision Disclosures For Winston
Our vision is to grow PostersEdu into a collection of accessible, affirming digital artwork that can live in the spaces where people learn, gather, heal, work, teach, lead, rest, and create.

As the project grows, PostersEdu will continue expanding its collection with more themes, characters, identities, and visual stories that reflect the beauty and complexity of the communities we belong to.

The hope is to offer artwork that supports belonging, sparks joy, brings comfort, and helps people recognize pieces of themselves and their stories in the spaces around them.

PostersEdu is not intended to prescribe where art belongs. It simply makes independent digital artwork accessible so each person, family, educator, counselor, organization, or community member can choose what feels meaningful and appropriate for their own space.
Our Mission Our Vision Disclosures For Winston
The artwork on PostersEdu is deeply personal in origin. Many designs began as drawings, doodles, journal sketches, symbols, photographs from the natural world, and visual ideas created or captured by Ammar Zia over many years.

These original materials are revisited, digitized, edited, and transformed into new digital artwork through a blend of personal art, photography, visual direction, digital tools, and AI-assisted adaptation.

Artificial intelligence is part of the creative process, but it is not the whole process. For PostersEdu, AI is used as a tool to help extend and reimagine Ammar’s own sketches, images, symbols, and visual language into polished digital pieces.

I know that people, especially artists, have different feelings about AI-assisted artwork. I respect that. PostersEdu is transparent about the process so each person can decide whether the work feels aligned with their values.

Every digital download is offered through a Name Your Price model, including the option to enter $0. If the artwork speaks to you, you are welcome to download it freely. If you are able and moved to contribute, your support helps sustain the project, the tools used to create and share the artwork, and the care behind this season of life with Winston* (see next section).

PostersEdu materials are independent digital artwork, not curriculum, instructional programming, or official school resources. There are no physical products.

Each person or organization is responsible for deciding which pieces are right for their space and following any applicable policies or local expectations.
Our Mission Our Vision Disclosures For Winston
PostersEdu is also being shared in honor of Winston, Ammar’s beloved senior pup.

After Winston was diagnosed with diabetes, this private art project became something Ammar felt ready to bring more fully into the world. Caring for a senior diabetic dog requires daily attention, monitoring, medication, supplies, routine care, and preparation for the unexpected. Ammar is grateful to have amazing vets and a loving community around Winston, including trusted people in Winston’s pack who are learning his care routines so he remains supported, loved, and well cared for, including during Ammar’s work travels.

This project is about more than posters. It is about choosing joy in hard seasons, creating beauty during uncertainty, and allowing art to become a source of comfort, connection, and care.

Every digital download is available through a Name Your Price model, including the option to enter $0. That choice is intentional. The artwork is meant to remain accessible to anyone who feels connected to it.

For those who are able and moved to contribute, your support helps this artwork reach more people and spaces while also helping sustain Winston’s current care, support training for the people who help care for him, and build a small reserve for whatever care he may need next. All of this helps sustain Winston’s pack and ensure his wellness, consistency, and care through every season ahead.

Thank you for supporting PostersEdu, the artwork, Winston’s care, and me.
